Fastest: in the app
- Drivers: open Unlock Partner → Jobs → scroll to the bottom → “Delete account”. Your account is deleted immediately.
- Partners / owners: dashboard → Settings → Accounts & passwords → “Delete account”. Access closes immediately and we complete the deletion within 30 days (after open payments are settled).
- Customers: the Unlock Travel app has no account. Your bookings are kept on your phone; to delete your booking data from our systems, use the form below.

We will confirm with you that the request comes from the owner of the email and delete the data within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your login (email and password), profile, phone, device and notification tokens, and location data.
- Kept for the legal period: ride, contract and payment records that Greek tax and transport law requires us to keep. They are deleted when that period ends.
